Superior Roof Cleaning in Satellite Beach, FL

A new client who found us on NextDoor decided to call us and give us a chance to service them with a roof cleaning. The client lives in Satellite Beach, Indian Harbour area and was concerned about the black streaks on her shingle roof. She recently had a tree in her back yard that she cut down in order to put a pool in. However, that tree caused a lot of organic matter to fall to the roof. Not only was it unsightly but that algae, otherwise known as gloeocapsa magma needed to be removed because it was eating away at the calcium carbonate in the limestone filler. This bacteria wreaks havoc on your roof and can cause tons of damage including leaks and possibly void your roof warranty if not removed and properly maintained. We serviced her roof, removed the algae and even threw in a free gutter cleaning while we were up there. It’s the least we could do for a Military Veteran.
