Professional Rust Removal and House Wash in Palm Bay

Client in Palm Bay requested exterior cleaning services including a house wash and rust stain removal. They wanted to know the process that I would use and the reasons behind certain types of pressure and soft washing and the differences in both. I explained the process to them in depth and I also gave them before and after photos so they could really see the transformation. They appreciated the engagement I gave them and the fact that I was very knowledgeable about the process and could explain it to them. They house came clean and the rust on the side of the house totally disappeared! They had been dealing with the rust stain for more than a year and they thought it would never come off. A lot of people think that the only way to get something like that off is to scrub or use pressure or even paint over it. That is certainly not the case. The only thing that was needed was the right chemical, application of the right amount with the proper amount of dwell time and then a rinse at the end.
